Destiny Wells is First on Broadcast in AG Race

Wells’ Ad to Air During VP Debate Tonight

INDIANAPOLIS—Destiny Wells, Democratic candidate for Indiana Attorney General, will be first in the race to hit the airwaves. The campaigns’ first TV ad will air tonight during the Vice Presidential Debate, sending a clear message: Destiny Wells is going toe-to-toe with

Wells isn’t ceding an inch of ground, today also announcing a new ad to meet Rokita on the radio waves as well. Both the video and radio spots call Rokita out for being caught admitting he would ban abortion, even in cases of rape and incest, and for his support for invading medical privacy.

The ads remind voters of the multiple investigations into Rokita’s ties to corruption, ethics violations and misuse of tax dollars. They also feature Wells talking about her long ties to the Hoosier state, military experience, and her priorities if elected.

Campaign Manager Deidre Schardine said, “We’ll be up statewide for the duration of this campaign so voters can see and hear the truth about Todd Rokita’s record of corruption and his plans to invade our freedom. When voters learn about the contrast to Destiny Wells - an 8th generation Hoosier, combat veteran, former Deputy Attorney General, and working mom - the choice will be clear."

“This is just the beginning,” said Wells. “We are using every tool available—television, digital, and grassroots organizing—to make sure every voter knows there is a clear choice in this race: one for freedom, fairness, and justice.
