can do more.

 

Families here are working hard and still feeling squeezed — by healthcare costs, by the price of raising and educating kids, by concerns about safety, and by bills that keep climbing.

 

This is a safe seat in Washington. That should mean we use it. It should mean independence. It should mean steady, serious work on the issues that affect daily life.

 

Instead, we’ve gotten comfortable, and we let our elected officials call it in.

 

We don’t have to stay there.
